Join us for a virtual tasting on December 7th at 6pm EST! Winemaker Julia Hoyle will be tasting through some festive options for the holidays that are sure to make you bubble over with excitement. Our virtual tasting pack includes the following: Blanc de Blancs, Sparkling Wine, & Aureus.
All three are produced in the traditional method. Blanc de blancs is 100% Chardonnay, Sparkling Wine is 100% Cayuga White, and Aureus is a 50/50 split of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.
