How are we doing? Here’s what you need to know!
Bottom line: we are so happy to be open! Here are some frequently asked questions about how we are operating:
Q: Are you performing tastings right now? If yes, how so?
A: We are doing flights! Flights are $10 per person and include 5 wines of your choice, crackers, and a souvenir wine glass. Groups of 6 or more choose from 3 pre-selected flights. You select your five wines and then we deliver your flight to you outside. We have 2 large tents as well as picnic tables with umbrellas. When staffing is available, we have seated tasting indoors. You have to be seated when drinking any kind of alcoholic beverage on our property.
Q: Are you requiring reservations?
A: If you are a group of 6 or less, we do not require reservations. Groups of 6-10 are required to make reservations. They can be made by calling the tasting room at 607-769-3393 or by requesting a reservation time here. You can also call and request a table to do wine by the glass, mimosas, or bottles
Q: Are you doing any events?
A: We have canceled our events for the time being. We will still have a food truck here and there to provide food for our guests. Our website and Facebook are the best places to stay up to date on our events.
Q: Are you still doing pick-up options?
A: Yes! We have a pick-up option on our website you can use to place an order, or you can call us and schedule a curbside pick-up. We are very accommodating with this.
Q: Do you ship?
A: Yes! We ship to a handful of states in the US. We are running quite a few promotions during this time to make it easier to get our wine to your doorstep. Sign up for our newsletter to stay in the loop!
We appreciate all of your patience as we navigate this difficult time. We share the excitement of being re-opening with you all, but there are still guidelines that must be followed. These include but are not limited to:
- Masks must be worn at all times until you are seated for your tasting. This includes walking around outside and when visiting the restroom.
- We are not taking any groups over the size of 10 – this is strictly enforced.
- The Cayuga Lake Wine Trail has a trail-wide policy of not allowing pets indoors. We love furry friends as much as the next person, but they do attract people to break social distancing rules. They are, however, allowed outside in the lawn when performing your tasting.
- Our tables and seating are spaced safely, so if you decide to bring your own chairs or blanket, that must be a safe distance from everyone else.
