Six barrels were filled, four of which were blended to our standard Cabernet Franc bottling, two barrels were kept aside for our Limited Release Cabernet Franc. The wine was aged in neutral French oak barrels for 10 months. Savory red fruits open the nose-blueberry and cassis. The midpalate carries notes of fresh rosemary and blackberry, leading to a long finish carried by opulent anise.
