Finger Lakes Wine of the Week: Hosmer Winery 2018 Chardonnay by Edible Finger Lakes

If you have, you know what I mean when I say that I look forward to when new subscriptions come out! If you haven’t, this is something you’ll definitely want to check out! Edible has 90 independently-owned and locally focused classy magazines throughout the United States and Canada. They share local products, stories, and communities with a focus on food and drink. When traveling, this publication is something that my husband and I seek out. Edible Nashville, Edible Charleston, Edible Maine, Edible Austin, Edible Ashville… just to name a few we’ve come across. We love visiting local establishments while traveling that feature food and drink with a story. This is an all-around amazing Chardonnay. The nose opens with lemon curd, orange blossom, and Meyer lemon. The midpalate is carried by brioche and lemon yogurt. The finish has hints of papaya and green mango. It is rich and plush through the finish. We invite you to come to Hosmer Winery to taste it for yourself. If you’re a Chardonnay fan, you won’t be disappointed!
